I work with high-functioning adults navigating unresolved trauma and chronic stress, often experienced as anxiety, anger, burnout, emotional shutdown, or physical symptoms like pain, inflammation, and fatigue.
Many high-functioning women and men learn to hide emotional exhaustion beneath achievement, caregiving, responsibility, perfectionism, overthinking, productivity, or the relentless expectation to simply “be strong.” From the outside, you may appear capable, dependable, successful, or emotionally composed, Internally, you may feel chronically overwhelmed, disconnected, numb, anxious, irritable, depleted, or unable to fully rest.

Life can be difficult, especially for those of us who have grown up in marginalized communities. As a member of the LGBTQ2IA+ community, I have seen first hand what systemic oppression can do to ones mental health. I offer customized sessions to people of all backgrounds, but specialize in working with members of the LGBTQ2IA+ communities, working from a trauma focused, researched back lens.

Is life getting you down? Sometimes our thoughts and feelings can consume us. We can have difficulty making decisions when we feel overwhelmed. Sometimes what works, stops working and we need new strategies and/or coping skills. Addressing difficulties lead you into feeling more peaceful and empowered. Asking for help is hard, but it doesn't have to be.
Therapy helps relieve clients by offering skills and techniques to heal. Let’s move through, instead of around, emotional pain and that feeling of being stuck.
I also provide secondary supervision to enhance the growth of professionalism for interns.

Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and understood. As a student therapist, I use a person-centered approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change. I believe healing is not about becoming someone different it is about reconnecting with your strengths, discovering resilience, and creating space for growth. Healing often happens in small, meaningful steps, and I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey with grace, empathy, and compassion.

I work primarily with men and male adolescents. Most of the men I see are struggling with relationships, work, or both. You may be dealing with conflict in your marriage, a breakup or divorce, pressure at work, or feeling stuck in a career that no longer feels right. Maybe you're constantly questioning yourself, feeling criticized, or wondering why the same problems keep showing up. You may know something needs to change but aren't sure whether it's your circumstances, your own patterns, or some combination of the two.

I often see people trying to fix a relationship and fix themselves at once — without realizing those are the same problem. You may be coming in with a partner, worn down by the same argument on repeat, or on your own, carrying doubt a past relationship, depression, or trauma won't let go of. What brings you here is recognizing it's the same pattern either way — the strain between two people and the struggle in one person share the same root. Together, we track how that pattern shows up between you and within you, and build responses that address both. You leave with a clearer read on the pattern and a way to respond differently.
