Hello! In such uncertain times, many children and families are experiencing difficulties ranging from school issues, peer issues, parent/child issues, stress, depression, and anxiety to name a few. These challenges may be very difficult to manage and additional guidance and support may be needed. My goal and passion it to help children and their families to reconnect to the beauty of life and learn how to navigate such challenges. I utilize an eclectic approach to facilitate a nurturing, communicative, and positive atmosphere to help each child/family to move forward with their treatment goals and help strengthen the family unit.

Hello! I am so glad you are taking this first step in your journey! Many of my clients find themselves stuck in never ending cycles that they are unable to end by themselves. My role, is helping identify those past struggles and traumas that have impacted your life. By doing so, new patterns can be learned, and new goals achieved. By working together, and integrating various interventions and coping skills, motivation to change begins to grow, and lives change in amazing ways. Some of my greatest joys are watching client's victories as they conquer goal after goal!

Relationships can be difficult but should they be? The short answer is yes ... at times. In nearly every relationship, there will be difficult challenges that test the commitment and resolve of each partner. How do we overcome challenges that seem so overwhelming that the relationship appears to be irreconcilable? Couples counseling can help redirect us to the path that once seemed so happy and full of promise. Through hard work and commitment, finding the joy you first experienced as a couple is possible.

Life is full of ups and downs and sometimes a little extra help processing those ups and downs makes all the difference! I take a relaxed and nonjudgmental approach to therapy and I believe that all individuals have the ability to understand and regulate their emotions once given the tools to do so. I offer clients new perspectives and potential solutions for reoccurring stressors and emotional issues. The goal is to improve overall quality of life by using various strategies that cater to the individual needs of the client.

I am trained in EMDR and I'm accepting new clients. Deciding to come to therapy is the first step to the beginning of your healing journey. Everyone hits rough patches in their lives and coming to therapy is a courageous step to tranquility and happiness. I believe in a collaborative approach when it comes to therapy because each person is the boss of their own lives. I will help you find tools to cope with everyday stressors. The Evidence Based Practice of Nevada (The EBP) is a behavioral healthcare clinic located in Henderson, Nevada. The EBP is a team of compassionate and highly-specialized licensed behavioral health and mental health care providers (including psychologists, social workers, and other therapists) who stay up to date with the most recent research and innovations in patient care.
