I specialize in treating chronic pain (TMS, MBS) using Pain Reprocessing Therapy. I use an eclectic mix of techniques and neuroscience to help you relieve your symptoms. I enjoy sharing breathwork & mindfulness with my clients. I have a special interest in helping fellow athletes at all stages of training, competition, or retirement.
