I am a Clinical Psychologist, the only Certified Gottman Couples Therapist in S. NV and a Senior Gottman Trainer & Consultant. My practice is limited to seeing couples only. I am licensed in Nevada and Maryland and also I am authorized by PsyPact to see couples in teletherapy who live in the following states- AL, AZ, AR, CO, DE, D.C., FL, GA, IL, ID, IN, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI & WY. Not all therapists are alike. When looking for a couples therapist It is important to choose one who is experienced and has specialized training. Gottman certification assures both.

My goal is to provide you with a non-judgmental environment where you can open up. I've worked with thousands of clients and have a niche for engaging individuals in therapy. My training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based practice that teaches clients how to understand and manage their emotions. An emphasis is placed on accepting where you are now, while moving towards change. This reduces judgment and improves self-worth.

I use a variety of modalities in my work, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, RO-DBT, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. Accepting new clients in AZ and NV; I specialize in neurodiverse affirming therapy, trauma, utilizing EMDR, Brainspotting, hypnotherapy. All of which provide lasting effects, at a faster pace than talk therapy. I work best with high achieving athletes/individuals, women, and am neurodivergent, myself. I utilize a holistic approach to ensure that you will have the tools necessary to maintain balance in all areas of your life. I listen for your voice, and seek to empower you to take ownership of your life and its direction. The most essential commodities of life one can have are love, hope and faith. At some point in life, every human being has experienced a loss of one if not all of the three. The loss of these are daunting which can make life feel purposeless and one can feel hopeless and worthless. Numerous life factors can become increasingly overwhelming. These range from grief, life transitions, family concerns, trauma, substance overuse and abuse, depression, anxiety, parenting, schooling concerns and a host of other issues.

I offer a holistic approach to counseling focused on the mind and body connection for teens and adults struggling with anxiety, PTSD, and other mood disorder related issues which may be related to trauma. By identifying triggers and underlying issues, we collaborate to define goals, learn skills to manage disturbances and increasing your ability to experience joy.

Counseling has always been that one unique ability of mine that I felt was a higher calling.
