I am a retired Corrections Sergeant with over 17 years of service in the Las Vegas community. Through my time in service, I have been inspired upon retiring to transition my area of service. I have been trained in and believe that the therapeutic model of service is needed to assist those struggling with daily life issues, as I have served as a therapist over the last 4 years. I have experience with such complex issues as: Grief& Loss, Anger, Depression, Anxiety, Self –Harm behaviors, and Divorce. I further have experience dealing with trauma
My approach is unique as I come from a faith-based perspective while always meeting the client where “they are” and explore their struggles with them. Always using a positive approach to assist client with verbalizing their issues as the client is the expert of their own life.
