I’m Emily Harris, I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns. I am an LMHC in the state of Indiana.

I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families feel understood, supported, and empowered. I have a special interest in working with children through art and play therapy, couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, and neurodivergent individuals of all ages. I also enjoy supporting intercultural couples and families as they navigate life's unique challenges together.
