At times, society attaches a stigma to those seeking a support system because life challenges you to make more conscious and intentional choices. Give me 90 days; I am confident, and I guarantee your life will never be the same. I'm trained in the clinical & spiritual aspect, and it is my pleasure to serve you. My experience includes using a collaborative and integrated approach to work with issues such as relational conflict, anger management, anxiety, stress management, and even strengthening professional & professional development.
It is important to note that the specific approach can vary, and the client's need will always determine what approach and intervention is used. I focus on treating the whole person utilizing a client centered approach. I specialize in working with a diverse population, and I also use current evidence based practice to assist clients in their outcome.
