About
Are you worried about healthy aging and memory? As a multilingual and multicultural neurocognitive psychologist, I aim to help people who face concerns related to healthy aging, cognition, memory, or dementia. This applies to both the individual, their caregiver, and/or family member(s). I have had clinical, research, professorial, and administrative experience in the field of aging throughout my career. I have helped children with neurocognitive challenges as well. My approach is to provide a caring, compassionate, safe space for each unique individual, helping them along their personal journey towards healthy well-being.
I have expertise in the field of healthy aging, memory deficits, caregiving, stress, mindfulness, and wellness practices. Using an integrative, holistic approach in helping others. I work with older adults who have anxiety, stress or concerns about their memory and quality of life. I also teach mindfulness, breath and meditation mixed with gentle exercises.
I combine my expertise and intuition through a complementary East meets West healing approach. I foster building understanding, trust and connection through active listening and gentle guidance. I seek to empower people to be a more mindful and healthier version of themselves. I aim to help you in your journey to empowerment and well-being.
