Hello, I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about working with individuals dealing with general mental health concerns, and partners looking to improve communication, manage conflict, and develop more satisfying connections. I received my clinical education and training at Columbia University with a Bilingual Latinx Mental Health Concentration. My treatment focus is integrative, influenced by multicultural, person-centered, and behavioral approaches. I have extensive training in behavioral therapies and trained in the The Gottman Method for relationship counseling.
