I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, family stress, and emotional challenges. I have a special passion for supporting military families and those experiencing family-related concerns.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each client. I draw from animal assisted techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, art therapy, and humanistic and psychodynamic techniques. Together, we focus on building resilience, confidence, and practical coping skills while creating a safe, supportive space to explore challenges.
I offer a unique, holistic setting on my small farm in Baker County, FL, where clients—especially children—can benefit from animal-assisted interactions that support the mind-body connection. In-person sessions are available on the farm, and Telehealth sessions are offered for adults.
With over 15 years of experience in school and private practice settings, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding as a mother of three and military spouse.
