About
My experience with working with clients of a variety of ages and needs has contributed to a passion in treating clients with trauma histories and rocky transitions. Most of my experience has been with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma in their past and are wanting to move forward in their lives to meet their goals. So often, anxiety, mood swings, and depression are tied to these trauma histories. Moving forward can bring much freedom and relief from these symptoms. I've been told by many clients that they feel safe and accepted by me and that I work well with clients who "dislike therapy".
My passions lay in working with a variety of clients, particularly with those who are neurodivergent, queer, healthcare professionals, and/or college students. I myself am neurodivergent and queer and am currently receiving consultation from a trans clinician on providing trans-affirming and kink-informed care.
Occasionally we need a boost to get to where we want to be. Let me help you develop an understanding of your experience and increase your skills to manage, cope, and live to your fullest potential. "It always seems impossible until it's done."- Nelson Mandela
