I help people understand where these stressors, emotions, and sensations might be coming from and use an evidence based practice, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and solid therapeutic work to help alleviate these symptoms, and change the way we think about things, feel about things and react to things to make life easier and better.
We know how daunting it can be to talk to someone about some of the most vulnerable and difficult things in our lives, but we can help you through this and you do not have to do this on your own. In our office, we provide safety, warmth, and compassion as we walk with you on your journey of growth. (By appointment only)
