Let's take a moment just for you. If it feels safe, notice your breathing. What part of the body are you breathing into? Take a few breaths with this awareness, no rush. If you are able, expand the breath, not forcing, just flowing. Exhale as slowly as is comfortable. Exploring this for a few breaths. How did that feel?
Anything is a valid answer (including, that was stupid!). Building this awareness is just one part of understanding ourselves. I know whatever you are carrying can be heavy.
