Hi! I’m Brooke, creator of Find Your Zen: Holistic Healing for the Mind, Body, & Soul. My intention is to create a safe and sacred space where you can feel supported and truly understood. I understand firsthand what it’s like to think deeply, feel deeply, and question everything, and how exhausting it can be to carry so much on your own. I believe sensitivity is not a weakness but a strength that simply needs the right support to flourish. My passion is helping sensitive, intuitive souls reconnect with their inner wisdom, work with their emotions instead of against them, and create lives that feel peaceful, grounded, and aligned.

My work is designed to help you embrace your intuition as a strength while developing tools to navigate life with greater balance & ease. I combine Eastern (Buddhist) and Western psychology, drawing from mindfulness-based techniques, meditation, reiki, hypnotherapy, yoga therapy, chakra healing, holistic life coaching, & spiritual counseling to support you.
