NOVO: Renewing Joy in Life is a psychotherapy/counseling, neurofeedback and coaching facility with two offices. Our main office is at 3301 Resource Drive, suite 3, DeKalb, Illinois and we have a location at 104 E Summit, Wales, Wisconsin. Novo was founded in 2006 by Vicki Alden, Ph.D., LCSW to provide well balanced mental health care for all.
Novo offers a combination of therapy to help a person heal their whole mind and body. We provide psychotherapy/counseling services as well as mindset coaching and neurofeedback.
NOVO wants to help you learn to help yourself. Mental Health is just as important as your body's health so we provide a well rounded plan to help you get better.

The New Normal Group
This group is to help people adjust to the “new normal” for living and help them to understand how to assimilate into it. COVID-19 has changed many of the things we normally do. We formed this group to help people work through the changes to their routines and such.
The Sandwich Generation
