I help people who are stuck figure out what is going on, understand it, and then move boldly forward towards a more fulfilling life experience. I specialize in working with clients who experience anxiety, depression and ADHD issues across the lifespan but also want to operate at a really high level.
We have all struggled. It's learning how to move through these challenges WELL that is the focus of my work. I also have advanced training in LENS Neurofeedback which is a fantastic and natural compliment to talk therapy.
I am a professional creative and avid adventurer. I draw on deep experience that I have developed touring the world as a professional musician, entrepreneur, and show host. I quickly learned that what I care about most is helping others discover and live life to the fullest. To that end, I co-founded Novo Life Counseling along with my wife Leanne.
