Hi there! With over 15 years of clinical experience, I am equipped to help you explore and address difficulties such as stress, life transitions, family and relationship dynamics, grief, identity, as well as clinical issues to include anxiety, mood disorders, and ADHD. I am Kink, Poly/CNM, CD, and Neurodiverse knowledgeable. I enjoy helping others identify what is important to them and how to live according to that.
I am a gender specialist and Certified WPATH member, meaning I have had specific training and testing to ensure I am knowledgeable about up-to-date transgender care. I had facilitated several transgender support groups for over 10 years and have provided training to others. I also provide surgery letters when applicable.
With over 40 years of working with the LGBTQIA+ community, and having been one of the founders of transgender care in Wilmington in 2008, I have a special place in my heart for members of my community and their loved ones.
In my off time, I enjoy my family, educational podcasts, Yoga with Adrienne, walking outside, video gaming, and reading.
