I am equipped to help you explore and address difficulties such as stress, life transitions, family and relationship dynamics, grief, identity, as well as clinical issues to include anxiety, mood disorders, ASD and ADHD. I am Kink, Poly/CNM, CD, and Neurodiverse knowledgeable. I enjoy helping you identify what is important to you and how to build a life worth living within that framework.

I am a gender specialist and Certified WPATH member as well as one of the founders of transgender care in Wilmington. This included founding the first support group in 2008 followed by facilitating several groups for over 10 years. I also provide surgery letters when applicable.
