I‘ve worked with teens, individuals, couples and families over 14 years. I treat anxiety, depression, marital and relationship stressors along with grief and trauma/abuse. I work from an attachment based approach. I assist clients in identifying how their upbringing has impacted the way they relate to their current relationships and environment.
I understand how difficult it can be to begin to reach out for help. I work hard to make this process one that is filled with kindness, gentleness and a caring nudge toward insight and growth. Our sessions move at your pace and together we will set goals to address your specific concerns and to help you gain new tools to approach your struggles.
