I am a mental health therapist with over 30 years of experience in helping people heal from cancer, trauma, and addiction. I started my journey as a licensed substance abuse counselor in Utah in 1994 and later earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Utah State University.
My focus is on supporting you while healing from auto immune disease diseases such as cancer, C-PTSD, combat trauma, dissociative identity disorder, and more. I understand the deep impact of trauma, both from my work and my own healing journey.
In my practice, I use various methods to support healing, including EMDR, neurological psychology, nutrition, and trauma-informed yoga. I believe that healing involves the mind, body, and spirit, and I strive to create a safe and welcoming space for my clients.
If you are looking for a online therapist who understands your physical and mental health struggles and who can help guide you on your healing journey, I invite you to connect with me. Together, we can work towards a healthier and brighter future.
