I have been a therapist for 29 years. I assist adult clients and families and couples in working through underlying reasons for their pain, problems and conflicts, and help them learn skills to manage their emotions and behavior to solve problems and form healthier relationships. I help children, adolescents and their parents manage phase of life challenges, and the struggles posed by conditions like ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, mood dysregulation, trauma and behavioral difficulties.
I have been intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior, which incorporates Cognitive behavioral therapy to identify and change negative thinking patterns and pushes for positive behavioral change.
