Hi there, I'm Noura! Therapy can be about managing difficult emotions and situations in our lives, and it can also mean discovering who you really are, getting to know yourself on a deeper level, layer by layer. I believe that the more you know yourself, the more you can navigate life in a way that’s aligned with your values and your soul’s purpose. I offer a trauma-informed holistic approach that honors you as both a whole person and part of the larger collective.
I work with an array of issues like anxiety, depression, and life transitions, while specializing in areas that include: spiritual health, sex, intimacy, non-monogamy/polyamory, kink, sex work, LGBTQIA+, and trauma.
