My mission is to help you feel understood and more connected to yourself and to others as you gain awareness of how your mind, core emotions, and body are linked. As an experiential clinician, I use an eclectic approach to collaborate with you on your unique healing journey. My specialties include working with adults on anxiety, relationships, attachment trauma, and adjustments in relationship to others or adapting to a new life situation.

Together we can explore ways to improve daily functioning and mood amid life’s challenges. Should you courageously pursue change, there is hope as brain cells can be rewired at any age.
