Many of the couples I work with feel stuck in repetitive conflict, emotional distance, or communication that quickly escalates or shuts down. They care deeply about one another, yet find themselves caught in patterns that leave both partners feeling misunderstood or disconnected. They want relief from the cycle, greater emotional safety, and a clearer path toward rebuilding trust, stability, and closeness.

In my private practice, my work centers on couples therapy, integrating EFT-informed, attachment-based, and psychodynamic perspectives. Together, we identify reactive cycles, deepen emotional understanding, and develop healthier patterns of communication, repair, and connection.

The name Nostos refers to returning home after struggle. In relationships, this reflects finding one another again.
