I have been helping families struggling with mental health and life management issues for more than 10 years, with a focus on client empowerment. I specialize in women’s issues, trauma, family dynamics, parenting, and personality disorders. Depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD are also areas of special interest for me. I completed my education at Montclair State University, NJ, and I firmly believe that with the power of the mind, we can conquer anything we desire and create our own destinies. In addition to being an entrepreneur, I am also a mother of two children.
My varied personal and professional experiences help me quickly connect with clients and understand their challenges. Clients appreciate the strong rapport I build, and I use CBT and DBT techniques in my therapy, specializing in trauma treatments and abuse-related issues.
