Our therapists utilize several different therapeutic approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy .
Each individual has unique needs and strengths and we integrate those abilities and uniqueness into the therapeutic process and treatment plan.
