Erin obtained her master’s degree in counseling, and her bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services from the University of North Dakota. Erin works adults age 18 and over. Erin is a strength based counselor, who helps clients recognize the strengths they have within themselves. Erin will help clients learn and implement skills to help manage anxiety, emotions, life changes, trauma and difficulties they may be facing.
She has clinical experience in creating and implementing groups for individuals with disabilities and severe mental Illness, coordinating mental health services for homeless and at-risk young adults, Intensive In-Home Family Therapy, and Outpatient mental health services for adults of all abilities.
Erin combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy and Play therapy techniques using a holistic approach. Erin is currently accepting adult clients. Erin is providing services online and in person.
