We listen, we ask thoughtful questions, and we help you untangle what’s getting in the way—whether that’s anxiety, self-doubt, old patterns, or just the general chaos of life. Our Team
Being an adult is hard—juggling work, relationships, family, identity, and everything in between. It can feel overwhelming, confusing, or exhausting. If you're feeling stuck, anxious, burnt out, or unsure of your next step, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I offer a space where you can show up as you are. No pressure to have it all figured out—just honest conversation, support, and tools to help you feel more like you again. We’ll work together on what you need—maybe it's better boundaries, healing from your past, managing stress, or learning how to be kinder to yourself.
