For 40 years, North Shore Youth Council has dedicated itself to providing the North Shore communities with comprehensive, evidence-based youth and family programs and services in enrichment, prevention, education, counseling, and recreation. We help youth and families become the most successful versions of themselves, and through our counseling services we offer a safe space for youth and families to cope in today’s changing world.
Our counselors are licensed professionals providing confidential counseling services to individuals, families, couples, and groups from ages five and up, and are experienced in a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, addiction, alcohol and substance abuse, ADHD/ASD, social issues, behavioral issues, and bereavement.

Youth will use different art materials to help understand and identify feelings and calm the mind. They will create a coping toolkit to learn and implement strategies in school and at home. No skills necessary-- you don't have to be an artist!
