Our goal as therapists is to provide a safe, non judgmental environment, to discover solutions to any problems you may be facing in order to make life more fulfilling. Whether you are looking for coping skills to manage your life better, to identify healthy communications within relationships, a need to identify negative behavior patterns within yourself or a relationship, learn ways to recover from addiction, or need a safe place and someone to talk to, we work directly with our patients to achieve any goal.
Specialty areas of my practice are addiction, co-occurring disorders, working with family members from a loved ones addiction, anger management, codependency, marital problems, individuals, family and couples therapy. Other areas also include the LBGTQ community and relational issues.
