We are a therapy practice located in Lakeview (Chicago) and Skokie (near Old Orchard). If you are looking for a therapist who brings warmth, authenticity, and professionalism to their work with you, our practice is for you. We are a small team and we value clinical rigor, meaningful connection, and above all else seek to promote growth for our clients.
Our Team
I specialize in providing therapy to older teens, college aged adults, and adults in their 20s and 30s who are experiencing mood, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I work with my clients to help them resolve difficulties with connection, build insight, and establish healthier relationship patterns. I help my clients find meaning in their struggles, understand their symptoms, and find ways to get things back on track. I believe that the process of growth and healing is deeply connected to the relationship between the therapist and the individual. My goal is to help my clients find a therapist who best meets their needs.
I specialize in providing therapy to older teens, college aged adults, and adults in their 20s and 30s who are experiencing mood, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I work with my clients to help them resolve difficulties with connection, build insight, and establish healthier relationship patterns. I help my clients find meaning in their struggles, understand their symptoms, and find ways to get things back on track. I believe that the process of growth and healing is deeply connected to the relationship between the therapist and the individual. My goal is to help my clients find a therapist who best meets their needs.
I have current openings in my practice for adults in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s marital and pre-marital couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, experiences of trauma, problematic drug and alcohol use, and relational difficulties. I am part of a group practice, North Shore Psychotherapy, that is located in the Lakeview neighborhood. My priority is to create a non-judgmental space for my clients in which they feel safe and supported. Additional specialties: emerging adulthood, building self-confidence, significant life transitions, disordered eating patterns, and women's issues.
