Welcome to NSMHS! We offer therapy services for adults and teens wanting to explore a deeper part of themselves and who are ready to create a more full and meaningful life. Some of the life concerns we work with include trauma, depression, anxiety, low motivation or confidence, couples therapy, life transitions and grief. If you're feeling lost or stuck in any of these areas we're here to help.
Though we are trained in evidence-based practices we tailor our approach to meet each of our client's unique and varying needs using mindfulness and connection to help you move through the obstacles that are keeping you from creating the life you want. We offer an inclusive and casual environment to help you feel heard, seen, and understood.
