About
My ideal client is one who is self seeking and committed to counseling and understands that change is a process and the therapeutic relationship is collaborative. They value working with a compassionate professional who encourages personal responsibility, accountability, self-exploration and excellent clinical services. They seek to understand the importance of their past experiences on their present issues and realize that they are responsible for their own growth. These clients respect professional boundaries and office policies and are committed to the counseling process. Online and Home-based Counseling Services Available.
Although I specialize in trauma and addiction, I help individuals and families with a broad range of issues. My approach is warm, non-directive and empathetic. I seek to empower and motivate my clients in the therapeutic process beginning by building off their strengths, while helping them to overcome obstacles and barriers with confidence and direction.
Imagine life without all the stress, worry and limitations, what would you be able to achieve? With compassion, understanding and direction. I help clients work through challenges that are holding them back, while providing them with the tools to understand and deal with life transitions, develop new coping skills, and grow into the person they desire to be.
