Our practice is grounded in authenticity, insight, and empowerment. As a progressive practice, we work with adolescents and adults across a wide range of diagnoses and concerns. Above all, we treat every individual with respect and hold ourselves to the highest standard of professionalism.
For individuals navigating mental health challenges, relationship difficulties, high-conflict divorce, or addiction, we offer individual therapy, as well as group therapy services.
In addition to clinical care, our practice provides forensic mental health services, including court-ordered evaluations, expert witness testimony, and consultations.

I won't judge, talk to you in phony psychobabble, or give up. I am about authenticity, insight, and empowerment. There are utilities inside of us that lead us toward growth. Sometimes we lose sight of our own capacities. I am good at helping people use those utilities to take charge of their lives. Life should not be about coping; it should be about possibilities!
