If you are feeling stuck, ever found yourself telling others you feel "stuck," feel like you have tried therapy before, and nothing helped. If you have gone through a major life event: relocated, had a baby, got married, in and out of relationships, struggling to communicate at work, school, or home, experienced grief, loss, and/or medical trauma. If you are realizing that old stuff from your past has surfaced, is starting to surface, and it's harder and harder to keep it all inside. That it all feels too much and overwhelming. You want to break the generational trauma cycle.

The teen and young adult years can be confusing, intense, and full of pressure, and I believe young people deserve a space where they can show up exactly as they are without feeling judged.
I’ve spent over 18 years working with adolescents, teenagers, and young adults, and it’s work I genuinely love.
I bring a warm, down-to-earth approach to therapy, blending clinical skill with authenticity, humor, and a real-world understanding of what they may be experiencing. I feel deeply honored to sit in the room and hold space for young people during such an important stage of life.
