Hi, I'm glad you're here! I have openings at a well-established group practice, and welcome children, teens, and adults seeking support for anxiety, panic, school stress, and early life experiences, or who are simply looking for a safe space to feel heard and understood. My approach is holistic and person-centered, grounded in warmth, respect, curiosity, and genuine human connection. I offer a nonjudgmental, down-to-earth presence, and believe that therapy works best when built on trust. As a Master's level intern therapist, I offer fresh knowledge of current research, up-to-date training, and supportive supervision.

Doing everything "right" but still anxious? Able to “intellectualize” your feelings but not actually process them? Identify as a people pleaser? I specialize with working with high performers/achievers, neurodivergent (mainly ADHD and/or Autism), and LGBTQIA+ populations. I primarily work with graduate students, young professionals, and professionals. I meet clients where they are at in their journey and tailor to their individual needs in a collaborative way. The way we conceptualize ourselves, relationships, and the world around us greatly impacts our feelings and day to day functioning. Discovering where these thoughts come from and what relationships throughout our development have led to how we think about ourselves and others, can be an important first step to healing. Learning these skills in a safe relationship has shown positive efficacy in our ability to change.

I help folks acknowledge, address, and release what might not be working, and provide you with strategies and tools to support you in achieving your goals. I particularly enjoy working with couples and folks looking for new perspectives. My systems-thinking approach allows me to tailor my treatment plans to the individual needs of my clients. Sometimes physical movement helps emotional and energetic movement. During the warmer weather months I particularly enjoy offering “walk and talks” as well as traditional indoor sessions! I’m open to daytime clients; I’m currently booked for late afternoon/evenings.

Hello, my name is Carolann. I am accepting telehealth clients, and I am looking forward to working with you! As people, we experience peaks and valleys within our lives that may result in various experiences and feelings. When things are going well, we can feel happy, content, thankful, and even elated. We all deserve to live with the most happiness possible within our lives, but life often brings with it enormous unwanted challenges that result in bringing us down. If you are not feeling emotionally/mentally well as you desire, I am here to help you!
