Sometimes life piles up. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, college stress, addiction, exploring your identity, feeling burned out or feeling stuck, navigating relationships, or going through a transitional period, you don’t have to carry it all alone. I offer a non-judgmental space where things can slow down and start to make sense. Where you can speak freely, untangle what’s underneath the surface, and leave with new insights, language for your experience, and practical tools to feel more grounded, safe, connected, and in control again.

I work with adults ages 18-35, including college and graduate students, BIPOC clients, LGBTQIA2S+ clients, and immigrants - communities I’m also part of. My style is conversational, collaborative, and culturally aware. I use visuals, metaphors, psychoeducation, and honest conversation to help clients better understand themselves and their relationships.

I don’t believe therapy has to feel scripted or overly clinical. Sessions may include reflection, challenge, questions, grief, or insight. Clients often leave feeling clearer, more grounded, or finally able to put words to what they’ve been carrying.
