And then we begin to take action to feel more in control of our lives. Taking action is the perfect antidote to that crippling sense of powerlessness. I have been in practice for over 30 years and have worked with many different people, especially people struggling with relationships; how you relate to anyone or anything: a partner, friend, family member, alcohol, a substance, food.
