Hello, my name is Norma Munoz, a Latina LMFT. Working in the field of psychotherapy is my life mission. I have an Eclectic Approach that allows me to focus on my client’s needs throughout every session. My sessions are founded on evidence-based practice tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative, solution-focused, and self-compassion orientation to support the patients in their journal of improving their mental and emotional well-being.
To me, it is a pleasure to work with adolescents, parents, couples, adults, and older adults who are experiencing emotional or mental situations in their lives and have the desire to work with me in search of changing habits, healing difficult experiences, and building new skills to change what is necessary to reach the best version of their self.
