Psychotherapy is a unique and wonderful opportunity to explore one's difficulties, relationships, experiences, and more with a safe, non-judgmental presence to resolve issues, repair relationships and heal pain. Our work together can help you move forward, deal effectively with life's challenges, and achieve your goals. This is a collaborative process where we address your emotional, psychological, and spiritual concerns at your pace. I recognize the courage it takes to make that first step and seek help. It would be a privilege for me to accompany you on your journey.
As a certified Internal Family Systems therapist, I help you to understand aspects of yourself that cause you difficulties. We bring compassion and curiosity to these behaviors, thoughts or feelings to transform them so you can have relief. We address underlying negative beliefs and pain which results in true healing and change.
There may be parts of you that want to reach out for help and relief and parts that don't want to reach out. All of these are welcome. I invite you to contact me when you feel it is right. We can have an initial, free telephone consultation to address your concerns and answer any questions. I am here to walk with you on your journey.
