I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and use other evidence based practices, like IFS (Internal Family Systems), Polyvagal, CI (Compassionate Inquiry), and Mindfulness. I have experience with Ketamine assisted therapy and can help you get more from your sessions. I support clients in meeting the goals they set for therapy.
