My coaching services cover: job search, resume & cover letter optimization, interview skills training, work relationship management & career advancement. I provide both short-term and ongoing support to clients: career coaching can be a one-time session focused on a job-related topic or it can be ongoing, if desired.
With 20+ years of experience in both private & public sector companies, I use my organizational experience and my education to help clients achieve career success. Clients can develop skills in areas such as: networking, resume & cover and letter development/editing, work relationship management, managing "up" skills & job advancement techniques.
I provide an introductory FREE phone consultation to help clients find, restart or advance in their careers. Clients do NOT have to commit to long-term therapy and can instead have career mobility counselling on an as-needed basis. Coaching can be done via phone, video conferencing or in person.
