My name is Norma Beatriz and I am a fully licensed Social Worker in the states of Maine and Michigan. I understand that it can be difficult reaching out to someone you have not met so my priority is for you to feel comfortable, understood and respected as we work toward the goals you set for yourself.
My primary focus currently is with individual adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, life transitions, etc.
In our first session I will most likely ask questions that may help you share what brought you to therapy at this time and how you would like your life to be better as a result of us working together.
