With years of experience working in pediatric clinics and community health settings, I focus on practical, evidence-based strategies that empower children to build confidence, resilience, and healthy coping skills.
In our first session, I take a brief interview of life and then we will work together to make our first experiment. I like to focus on one week at a time, because if not, it's just too much information! We might start off meeting once a week for a time, and then transition to every two weeks, and then meet once a month for mental health care maintenance
I like to imagine that we are building a house together and brick by brick, the house will come! As scientists, we gather all the information we need in order to create a small, manageable experiment, and we will check in on the experiment each time we meet.
