In 1989, I graduated from the University of University of Southern Mississippi with a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. I have worked in a wide variety of settings. These include but are not limited to community mental heath centers, medical clinics, an inpatient psychiatric hospital, and multiple group homes for troubled children and adolescents.
I have been the Counseling Director/Disability Services Director at a community college as well as being a professor of psychology at a university. I have had my own private practice.
