Safety planning and resource connection: developing personalized safety plans, understanding legal rights, and connecting with local community resources (shelters, legal aid, therapy). Incest Survivors Group
A safe, confidential space for individuals healing from the trauma of incest and childhood sexual abuse. In this supportive environment, participants can share their experiences, reduce feelings of isolation, and begin rebuilding trust in themselves and others. Guided by Norinee’s compassionate, trauma-informed approach, the group focuses on emotional healing, healthy coping skills, and reclaiming personal strength. Members are encouraged to move at their own pace while connecting with others who understand the complexity of their journey. Together, we create a space for validation, resilience, and empowerment as survivors work toward healing and renewed self-worth.
