Understanding the origins of these patterns is an essential step toward freeing ourselves from the grip of the past, fostering real, lasting change, and realizing a confident, healthier, and happier self.
I have extensive research experience in neurodevelopmental psychology, understanding how early experience shapes the way we think/feel/behave, & how to rebuild a resilient/healthy mind. Genuine & trusting therapeutic space becomes key. Because in this healing space, you & I are rebuilding a secure sense of self, which is the foundation for change to happen.
