You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Clients come to me to work on boundaries, relationships, perfectionism, overwhelming change, finding their purpose & habit formation.
I specialize in trauma, grief, anxiety & depression within individual and group therapy. I help clients heal from complex trauma and complicated grief; tragic losses, "grieving the living" those working thru anticipatory grief, loved ones with addiction/mental illness/estrangement. I am trained in perinatal mood disorders and run support groups for moms.
