I love working with clients who are ready to explore who they are, where they came from, and where they would like to be going. For some people, this means exploring past traumas or processing struggles from childhood. For others it means learning to recognize and improve the communication and intimacy patterns in their current romantic relationships. For others it means working through anxiety or depression that is keeping them from experiencing the life they would like to have. In all cases, I love walking side by side with my clients, supporting and celebrating with them as they achieve their goals.
I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, DART, Virtual Reality Therapy, EX/RP, CAMS, QPR, CBT-SP, and ASIST. Some of my areas of focus include chronic illness, parenting, relationship issues, grief and loss, stress, anxiety, LGBTQIA+, gender identity, life transitions, hoarding, and peer relationships.

ADHD & Executive Functioning Skills Group (Adults)
This is a 3-hour intensive to explore your mindset about ADHD, to learn what's happening in your brain and work with it rather than against it.
