Nora Josephson graduated with her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2013 from the University of Denver. DBT Deep Dive Group
DBT Adult Skills Group meets weekly for 2 hours and covers the DBT model created by Dr. Marsha Linehan. Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness are modules covered in a small, specialized group setting. These longer group sessions sessions allow for more time for homework review and DBT skill building!
