I specialize in individual counseling for those struggling with anxiety, relationship, work, and school stress, negative thoughts, mood disorders, and LGBTQ+ concerns including gender and sexual identity. My goal is to make the therapeutic process as stress-free as possible for my clients by providing an open, welcoming environment where you can express yourself freely while we work together to meet your needs.
I received a Master's in Social Work from the University of Michigan with a focus on mental health. Through my training and experience, I have found success with a range of therapeutic approaches to explore new ways of processing your thoughts and emotions, and I believe in using your strengths (yes, you have strengths) as a foundation.
I believe strongly that success in therapy starts with the relationship between client and therapist, and I am available by phone or email for free consultation to help determine if I am a good fit for you. I look forward to hearing from you!
